Can I use my domain name with Tumblr?

Yes. You can use Tumblr with your domain. Our support desk will assist you with the configurations for the A-Record and CNAME required by Tumblr. Read more here http://www.tumblr.com/docs/en/custom_domains

Once that is done for you, you can then proceed to log in to your tumblr account and complete your settings:
  • Click Settings (the gear icon) at the top of your Dashboard.
  • Click the blog you’d like to update on the left side of the page.
  • Check the box that says “Use a custom domain name” and enter your domain.
  • Click “Test your domain.”
  • Hit “Save.”
Once that is complete, your domain name should be fully live on Tumblr.
