All our shared hosting accounts have a limit of 100 outgoing e-mails per hour. If you want to run a mass-mailer, you may consider breaking this into a batch of 100 emails/hr or less. If your e-mail needs exceed this limit, you should consider switching to a virtual or dedicated server solution.
